Per OASIS policies, we're actually supposed to wait until this Tuesday (7
days after list creation) before beginning discussion. This is designed to
allow some time for all interested parties to get subscribed to the list
before the discussion starts. It was in the fine print :)
On Tuesday, everyone please feel free to contribute to the discussion. I'll
also try to send a welcome message to remind everyone that discussion has
officially begun.
